On September 1, 2010, Cenit Corporation entered into an option and joint venture agreement with First Minerals Exploration Limited to acquire an undivided 50% interest in the Coppercorp Mine Property also known as the Batchewana Bay Copper Property. The property comprising 45 contiguous unpatented mineral claims and covering 6,144 hectares is located approximately 85 kilometers northwest of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.

First Minerals Exploration Limited is a private mining corporation controlled by Mr. Robert Young. It has mineral interests in mining properties in Sault Ste. Marie, Wawa, Batchewana Bay, and several other mining interests in Northern Ontario.
